We’re looking for an experienced, business driven and tech-savvy Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our team in Helsinki. As CISO, you’ll lead information security in a business combining cutting edge laboratory technology with software, science and health.
Information processing is a fundamental part of Nightingale’s business. Protecting our information assets and complying with the highest standards and regulation in data protection and healthcare is imperative to us. As CISO, you would lead the continuous improvement and implementation of our company-wide information security management program. You would work in close collaboration with our quality management team, legal team, R&D and HR identifying, evaluating and reporting information security risks. You would also be involved in designing smart new ways to work so that the security risks are minimized while keeping the day-to-day work of our teams fluent and comfortable.
You would need to have a technical background and a general understanding of the many aspects related to information security, including computer systems and networks, business processes, physical security, threat awareness, risk management, regulations and audits. Most importantly, the position requires ability to communicate even complex subjects understandably for different teams and the management. You would have a clear vision of information security as a whole and as a critical part of Nightingale’s business.
