We're looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team in Helsinki. As a data engineer you will help and enable our data scientists and researchers to get the most out of our unique health data resources,fulfilling our mission of solving chronic diseases with preventive healthcare.
As part of our data science team, you will design, build and maintain infrastructure for data collection, storage and use in our hybrid cloud environment. You will support our data scientists in developing and deploying both customer-facing and internal data products. You will get to plan and take part in making important technology decisions.
We're looking for a person with hands-on data engineer experience. You’re eager to learn new things. You enjoy helping data scientists effortlessly access, store and manipulate data from various sources, ranging from metabolomics data from Nightingale's proprietary platform to genomics data from the world’s largest biobanks.
The position full-time field position is based in Helsinki and available immediately.
