Our current Office Manager will be expanding her role and we are now looking for someone amazing to help create the best Nightingale experience for our team and visitors. The position is a maternity leave substitution from October 2019 until the end of September 2020.
As our Office Manager, you would be making sure that our office runs smoothly and contribute to our employee and visitor experience.
We want to create the best work environment for the Nightingale flock and extend the same experience to our visitors. As the Office Manager, you would be one of the main points of contact at Nightingale on the phone, via email and in person. The role is in the core of our company – working as part of our HEART team. In this position, you will handle a wide range of different tasks and also help us in maintaining the day-to-day operations smoothly. You would also help organise in-house and off-site activities such as meetings and special events. In this role, you'll be part of creating an amazing Nightingale experience for our team.
Are you an energetic and social person who excels at time management? We’re looking for a problem solver who can multi-task and prioritise work. You like to be around people and don’t shy away from taking the lead, if needed. Co-operation will be a key skill as well as communication – good written and verbal skills in Finnish and in English. You have a good grasp on technical skills and can handle MS Office with ease. We appreciate willingness to learn new things. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as well as proven work experience are a plus. We are also happy to hear about any additional skills you might have and think could be a benefit in the role.
