Management Team

Nightingale Health's CEO is appointed by the Board of Directors. The CEO manages and develops Nightingale Health’s business and is in charge of the operative administration of Nightingale Health in accordance with the instructions of the Board of Directors. The CEO presents matters and reports to the Board of Directors. The CEO ensures that the company’s accounting complies with legislation and that the management of the company’s assets is organized in a reliable manner.

Nightingale Health’s Management Team reports to the CEO and supports and assists the CEO in the efficient management of the company’s operations.
