Bookings for Nightingale Nest are open again

Good news, everyone! We are excited to announce that Nightingale Nest, our customer service location in Helsinki, is ready to welcome you back.

We are reopening Nightingale Nest next Tuesday, 2 June. Our bookings are already open for customers to reschedule their appointments and also buy and book new ones.

How to book your Nest visit?

If you are an existing customer and want to reschedule your bookings, just sign in and pick a new date and time here.

We had to pause the service as a preventive measure against COVID-19 and cancel some of the bookings for a few weeks. However, now you can sign in to reschedule your appointments and also buy and book new ones!

Ensuring Nightingale Nest is safe to visit

As we start going back to normalcy, we're taking extra precautions. Here's how we're ensuring Nest is safe for you to visit:

  • As soon as you arrive, you can wash and disinfect your hands before checking-in at the reception.
  • We will pay extra attention to keep our surfaces and equipment clean.
  • Our nurses will follow the recommendations set by the authorities regarding protective gear.
  • We will aim to keep your visit to Nest as short as possible and will offer the complimentary breakfast as a takeaway.
