Customer Experience Specialist

Hello there! We’re Nightingale, a pioneering health tech company on a mission to solve the global chronic disease crisis and transform preventive care using data, science and technology. We just launched a new blood-testing service for individuals, My Nightingale, and are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Helsinki.

Nightingale wants to make the world a healthier place. And to achieve this, we’re building a different kind of health service – one that focuses on prevention and keeping people healthy. A pivotal part of this is also to change the way blood testing is experienced. So, instead of hurried appointments and complex test results, we are centring our service around exceptional customer experience and making it simple for everyone to take care of their health.

As a Customer Experience Specialist for our My Nightingale consumer service, you’ll be handling the customer service and experience on different channels, both online and offline. We’re looking for someone who’s meticulous, loves to be around people, has exceptional communications skills, is enthusiastic about proactive health and can handle a broad range of things.

As Customer Experience Specialist for My Nightingale, you’ll:

  • Ensure great customer experience on all customer service channels.
  • Provide customer service and support for My Nightingale customers via email.
  • Take care of customer service, including registering customer visits at Nightingale Nest, our blood drawing location together with our Service and Operations Manager and Nightingale’s nurses.
  • Collect and report customer feedback for product development.
  • Participate in development of customer support processes.

  • Are a people and service-oriented person.
  • Are passionate about customer service and product development.
  • Have great communications skills, both in English and Finnish.
  • Have a degree in a relevant field and/or work experience in customer service, communications or other.
  • Can conceptualise the bigger picture and also have an eye for the smaller details.
  • Have a solution-orientated way of working and a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
  • Are interested in personal health management and health technology. (This will be considered a big plus.)
  • Excellent IT skills

What we offer:

  • Meaningful, pioneering work that offers you the opportunity to constantly develop your skills
  • Unique opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team of scientists, business professionals, developers, designers and biotech business experts
  • Flexible and informal working environment
