We just launched a new blood-testing service for individuals, My Nightingale, and are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Helsinki.

A pivotal part of this is also to change the way blood testing is experienced. So, instead of hurried appointments and complex test results, we are centring our service around exceptional customer experience and making it simple for everyone to take care of their health.
As a Customer Experience Specialist for our My Nightingale consumer service, you’ll be handling the customer service and experience on different channels, both online and offline. We’re looking for someone who’s meticulous, loves to be around people, has exceptional communications skills, is enthusiastic about proactive health and can handle a broad range of things.
It’s a full-time field position based in Helsinki and available immediately.
