Customer Experience Specialist

Hello there, we’re Nightingale, a health technology company on a mission to solve the global chronic disease crisis and transform preventive care using data, science and technology. We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Nest Operations team in Helsinki.

Nightingale’s goal is to help make the world a healthier place. To achieve this, we’re building different types of health services that focus on prevention and keeping people healthy. A pivotal part of this is to change the way blood testing is experienced. We are rooting our service within exceptional customer experience and making it simple for everyone to take care of their health.

As a Customer Experience Specialist for our consumer services, you’ll be handling the customer service and experience of different channels, both online and offline. We’re looking for someone who’s meticulous, loves to be around people, has exceptional communications skills, is enthusiastic about proactive health and can handle a broad range of tasks.

As Customer Experience Specialist for consumer services, you’ll:

  • Act as the first point of contact to customers visiting Nightingale Nest, our blood drawing location.
  • Manage daily operations in Nest (e.g. customer registrations, tidying up the space, ordering supplies)
  • Ensure a great customer experience in all customer service channels.
  • Provide customer service and support for our My Nightingale and Home Kit pilot customers via phone and email.
  • Collect and report customer feedback for product development.
  • Participate in the development of customer support processes.

You’ll be a perfect fit if you:

  • Are a people and service-oriented person.
  • Are passionate about customer service and product development.
  • Have great communications skills, both in English and Finnish.
  • Have a degree in a relevant field and/or work experience in customer service, communications or other. It’s considerd a plus if you are a graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a valid nursing license.
  • Can conceptualize the bigger picture and has an eye for the smaller details.
  • Have a solution-orientated way of working and a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
  • Are a morning person! In this role, the days usually start at 7 a.m. when Nest opens its doors.
  • Are interested in personal health management and health technology. (This will be considered a big plus.)
  • Good IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office).

It’s a full-time field position based in Helsinki and available immediately.
