A pivotal part of this is to change the way blood testing is experienced. We are rooting our service within exceptional customer experience and making it simple for everyone to take care of their health.
As a Customer Experience Specialist for our consumer services, you’ll be handling the customer service and experience of different channels, both online and offline. We’re looking for someone who’s meticulous, loves to be around people, has exceptional communications skills, is enthusiastic about proactive health and can handle a broad range of tasks.
It’s a full-time field position based in Helsinki and available immediately.
