Office IT Specialist (part-time)

In this role, you’ll join our People team, own our Office IT processes and look after our employees’ IT needs being the primary contact in matters related to our Office IT. In addition, you would be the specialist of our Office IT systems and take a lead on automatizing them.

As Office IT Specialist, you’ll:

• Be the primary contact for any Office IT software, desktop or peripheral related troubleshooting
• Take the lead on automatization of our Office IT systems
• Instruct and guide employees, including office IT orientation for new employees
• Take part in decisions related to Office IT; strategies, policies, and procedures
• Manage software licensing and ensure all users are compliant
• Administrate and maintain user directory services and related systems
• Administrate and configure mobile device management systems
• Maintain a healthy office IT environment including accessories and conference rooms
• Configure new mobile and desktop devices and maintain the existing ones
• Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures, information security and control structures for IT devices
• Manage IT-related purchases
  
  

You’ll be a perfect fit if you:

• Have knowledge of configuring and operating OS X and Linux environments
• Have a degree in a relevant field and/or work experience
• Are eager to learn new things
• Have good communication skills in English

This is a part-time position based in Helsinki and naturally with a possibility to work remotely.
