Nightingale Health Plc (“Nightingale Health”), a technology company promoting preventative health with its proprietary health risk detection platform, and Suomen Terveystalo Oy (“Terveystalo”), Finland’s largest health service company, have signed a letter of intent to expand their strategic partnership. Nightingale Health expects that the expansion of the partnership will significantly increase the blood sample analysis volumes ordered by Terveystalo.

The letter of intent is a continuation of the strategic partnership entered into by Nightingale Health and Terveystalo in April 2021, in which Terveystalo was provided the exclusivity to act as Nightingale Health’s private healthcare provider partner in Finland.

Nightingale Health and Terveystalo’s target is to announce the agreement of the expansion of the partnership in September 2023 at the latest.
