As is common practice with professional websites, the websites nightingalehealth.com, research.nightingalehealth.com, ir.nightingalehealth.com, and assets.nightingalehealth.com (“Site”) offered to you by Nightingale Health (“Nightingale Health”, "Controller", ”we”, ”us”) use cookies and similar technologies (“Cookies”) to enable core functionality, remember preferences, perform analytics, and conduct marketing.

When you access the Site, we automatically store and use certain Cookies which are strictly necessary for the operation of the Site. With your consent, we may also use other types of Cookies to remember your preferences, personalize content and display advertisements, and analyze traffic. If you consent to our use of other than necessary Cookies, we may share information about your use of the Site with our partners who provide us, e.g., advertising or analytics services, and who may combine such information with other information that you have provided to them or that they have collected from your use of their services.

1 What are Cookies

Cookies are small data files that are downloaded to and stored on your device when you visit a website or a mobile application. On the Site, Cookies help us remember your device and allow us to facilitate your user session, perform analytics, and conduct marketing.

First party Cookies are Cookies that we place on your device when you visit the Site. Third-party Cookies are Cookies that another party sets on your device when you visit the Site.

2 How long are Cookies retained on your device?

Cookies can either be session Cookies or persistent Cookies. Session Cookies last only until you end your user session and are usually used to remember relevant settings of your session. Persistent Cookies remain on your device until they expire, or you delete them, and are typically used for marketing and analytics purposes. We use both session Cookies and persistent Cookies on the Site. Please find more information on maximum storage times for cookies through our Cookie Consent Tool linked below.

3 What Cookies we use

You can find detailed information on Cookies used on the Site in our Cookie Consent Tool. Through the Cookie Consent Tool, you can find information on used cookies, their providers, purposes, types and maximum storage times.

We use third-party services (including embedded content) on the Site which require Cookies to function. Such third-party services include the following:

  • We use Google Analytics to carry out analytics on the Site. Occasionally we may also use data collected by Google Analytics to produce targeted advertising provided by Google Ads. Google’s privacy policy is available here. You can also find more information on how Google uses data when you use the Site here.

  • We use Leadfeeder to refine data collected by Google Analytics. Leadfeeder’s privacy policy is available here.

We use third-party tools to help us measure the effectiveness of our online marketing activities. For this purpose, we use Funnel that consolidates advertising and analytics data from platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X (Twitter), and Google Analytics into unified reports. The data we collect and share with our service provider consists only of aggregated, non-personal information (such as the number of impressions, clicks, or conversions from our advertising campaigns).

Our website uses the Elfsight LinkedIn Feed widget to display our LinkedIn posts. This may process limited user data (e.g., IP address) in accordance with Elfsight’s Privacy Policy. No direct connection between your browser and LinkedIn is established, and no LinkedIn cookies are set when viewing our site.

4 How to manage and delete Cookies

When entering the Site for the first time, we ask for your consent to use other than necessary Cookies (as applicable). Refusing non-necessary cookies is as easy as accepting them. Clicking “Cookie Preferences” on the banner that appears when you enter the site allows you to tailor your preferences.

On the Site, you can manage your choices regarding other than necessary Cookies through the “Manage Cookies” tap on the bottom of the Site or the Cookie Consent Tool. Please note that your choices will only adjust your preferences on the Site.

You can also manage Cookies in your browser or device settings depending on which device you use to access our services. To find out more, you can consult the help function of your browser or device.

Please note that if you choose to limit the ability of the Site to use Cookies, your user experience may not be optimal, or you may lose access to some functionalities.

Such links are provided for your convenience only and do not reflect any endorsement by Nightingale Health with respect to the third-party site or the quality, reliability, or any other characteristics thereof. We do not have control over the placement of Cookies by third party websites and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of the relevant third parties before accessing their website.
